Intern Agreement

The programme, the $300 fee (one placement), optional extra placements at $50 each and refunds, conduct, confidentiality, who owns the work, and how the AI mentor and AI review handle what you send them.For learners. You accept it when you apply.Version 2026-10-14

Refund policy

Business Agreement

Free to post, the AI interview, the weekly check-in, the cap of 5 active internships, ownership of what is delivered, and the $50 fee for each internship you complete with a written review.For businesses. You accept it when you post a project.Version 2026-10-06

Mutual NDA

Signed before anyone starts. You confirm the Business Agreement when you post. Each intern signs an NDA with you before they see anything beyond the brief. You own what is delivered.For a business and its intern. Signed on the site at matching.Version 2026-10-06

Retainer Agreement

Up to 30 hours a month of your intern's work for $750 a month, billed monthly in advance and cancelled with notice; access only through the gateway, ownership, our bench and the replacement promise.For businesses. You accept it when you keep your intern after the internship.Version 2026-10-06

Contractor Agreement

Independent contractor, not employment; 80% of each monthly fee, paid after the business pays; honest hours, up to 4 retainers at once, the bench, confidentiality and tax.For interns. You accept it when you take on a retainer.
