We match a trainee and a mentor
Every trainee has finished about 12 weeks of hands-on training and built a working agent of their own before they are placed. Every mentor is a working engineer who signs off on the code before you see it.
Review weekly, keep the result — and the person, if you like
A 30-minute call each week. At the end you get the working agent, the code, a one-page handover and a walkthrough. All we ask is a short reference letter. If you want to keep the intern on as your AI Implementation Engineer, hire them directly — we take nothing.
What owners ask us first
Is it really free? What is the catch?
Free. The trainee pays for the training; the internship is how they get real experience. The only thing we ask of you is the weekly call and a reference letter if the work was good.
Who owns the code and the agent?
You do. It runs on accounts and servers you control. The trainee keeps the right to describe the project in their portfolio without your data.
What about our data?
Trainees and mentors sign an NDA with you before they see anything. Where it fits, agents run on small models on your own machine, so data never leaves your business.
Can we hire the intern afterwards?
Yes, and we hope you do. Hire them directly on whatever terms you agree — full-time, part-time or contract. There is no placement fee and no exclusivity. You have already watched them build for one to three months, which is a better interview than most. Most owners find that once the first system runs they want the next three built, and the intern is the obvious person to build them.
What if it does not work out?
You can stop at any weekly call. You keep whatever has been built so far. There is nothing to pay and nothing to cancel.
