For US businesses

Get an AI agent built for your business. It costs you nothing.

Our trainees spend about 12 weeks learning the agentic AI stack and building their own agent, then 1 to 3 months building a real system for a business like yours, with an AI mentor guiding every step. You bring a problem and about an hour a month for each intern. You keep the software — and if the intern is good, you can hire them as your Forward Deployed Engineer. No placement fee, ever. Most businesses do exactly that, because the first automation is never the last.

Projects that fit in 1 to 3 months
Sort a shared inbox and draft replies for review
Follow up every web lead within 5 minutes
Pull data out of invoices, forms and PDFs into your spreadsheet
An internal assistant that answers from your own documents
Browser automation for the checks you do by hand every day
How it works

Three steps. About an hour a month for each intern.

01

Tell us the problem

Fill in the form below in plain English. We call you, ask questions, and turn it into a brief a trainee can finish in 1 to 3 months. If it is too big, we tell you and suggest a smaller first piece.

02

We match a trainee to your project

Every trainee has finished about 12 weeks of hands-on training and built a working agent of their own before they are placed. Their mentor is an AI they can ask at any hour. No engineer is assigned to your project by default; you see the work as it grows, in the weekly check-in.

03

Review weekly, keep the result — and the person, if you like

Read a written check-in each week and approve the work on your dashboard. At the end you get the working agent, the code, a one-page handover and a walkthrough. All we ask is a short reference letter. If you want to keep the intern on as your Forward Deployed Engineer, hire them directly — we take nothing. If you do not hire them, refer them to another business in one click; we attach the proof of their work, so you never have to write it up.

Nothing to install

Everything runs on this site, in your browser. Your dashboard holds the interview, the briefs, each intern's weekly check-ins and the finished work.

A 15-minute AI interview

From your dashboard, an AI interview asks about your business and proposes up to three AI projects. Approve the ones you want with one click; each becomes a scoped brief, ready for an intern.

Up to 5 interns at a time

Run projects in parallel, up to 5 active internships at once, so every intern still gets your real attention. When one finishes, the next can start.

$50 for each completed internship

When an internship ends and you write an honest review of the intern's work, we pay you $50, by bank transfer or PayPal within 30 days. Per completed internship with a review, not per head.

Keep it. Resell it.

You own what is delivered. Use it, change it, or resell it to other businesses. The intern may describe the work in their portfolio, without your data.

Hire them, or refer them

Hire the intern directly with no fee to us, or refer them to another business in one click with proof of their work attached.

The fee pays for your time. It is not a business model. It covers the hours you give an intern: the check-ins you read, the approvals, the review and the letter. We make no promise of income and there are no monthly earnings to plan on. The Business Agreement has the terms.

Three and a half minutes: one small business, from a busy morning to apps of its own, told by a cast.
The library

Nobody starts from a blank page.

These numbers come straight from the library, so they go up as we add workflows, connectors and skills.

Business types
53
Kinds of small business with workflow designs written for them, in 10 groups.
Workflows
664
Designs for one job an agent can do: what starts it, the steps, the tools and the human check.
Connectors
192
Systems an agent can work with, each with how it connects and what it may do there.
Official MCP servers
59
Connectors whose maker publishes an official MCP server, the standard way an AI agent plugs into a system.
Skills
82
Packaged instructions so an agent does one job the same way every time.
Tools
10
The agent and automation tools interns build with: the connectors listed under AI models and agents, and under automation platforms.

Every connector and skill in the library is approved for client work.

Yours to keep

When the intern leaves, everything stays.

Business memory

Turn on business memory and your intern's agent learns how your business works: facts from your interview, the brief and the check-ins, with personal details replaced. You see, correct and delete what it knows, and export it at handover.

What your agent knows
Example. Personal details become placeholders such as [person].

Your own apps

In time, replace the tools only your team uses with your own: open-source team chat, tasks, customers, docs and an assistant, on a server you rent. Connect to accounting and payments, never replace them.

Keep your intern

Keep the person who built it.

When an internship is completed, you can keep the intern who built your system on a monthly retainer: 30 hours of their work each month, for $750 per month.

The path: post a project, an intern builds it, you complete the internship, you keep your intern.
  1. PostA problem, free
  2. Build1 to 3 months
  3. CompleteReview and letter
  4. KeepA monthly retainer
  • Maintenance included

Fixes when a model or an app changes, and the small changes that keep the system running, come out of the monthly hours.

  • New automations, scoped in writing

Anything new is scoped in writing before work starts, so you know what the hours go on.

  • A backup from our bench

If your intern is away, or something urgent cannot wait, a trained intern from our bench answers.

  • Cancel monthly

No long contract. Stop the retainer at the end of any month.

  • We are your contracting party

You sign the retainer with us and we bill you; we pay the intern. The gateway rules stay: approvals, the log, Pause all, and no passwords shared.

The offer is made when the internship is completed, and it is your choice. Hiring the intern directly stays free of any fee to us.

Questions

What owners ask us first

Is it really free? What is the catch?

Free. The trainee pays for the training; the internship is how they get real experience. The only thing we ask of you is about an hour a month for each intern, reading their check-ins and approving the work, and a reference letter if the work was good. We also pay you $50 for each internship you complete with an honest written review of the intern's work: a programme fee for your time, not income to plan on. The Business Agreement has the terms, and all the agreements are public.

Who owns the code and the agent?

You do. It runs on accounts and servers you control, and you may use it, change it and resell it. The trainee keeps the right to describe the project in their portfolio without your data.

What about our data?

Trainees sign an NDA with you before they see anything. The AI mentor sees the brief and what the trainee asks it, never your accounts or systems. Where it fits, agents run on small models on your own machine, so data never leaves your business.

Who is the mentor?

An AI mentor, not a person. After the scoping call it guides the trainee from their internship page, at any hour. No engineer is assigned to your project by default and no one signs off on the code before you see it: you read the weekly check-in and approve the work on your dashboard. If something is going wrong, tell us and we step in.

Can we hire the intern afterwards?

Yes, and we hope you do. Hire them directly on whatever terms you agree — full-time, part-time or contract. There is no placement fee and no exclusivity. You have already watched them build for one to three months, which is a better interview than most. Most owners find that once the first system runs they want the next three built, and the intern is the obvious person to build them.

Can I recommend them to someone else?

Yes: once the internship is complete, send a referral to another business from your dashboard in one click. They get a link to the proof of the intern's work — the brief, the weekly check-in log, the approved capstone and your reference letter — on a page that needs no login.

What if it does not work out?

You can stop at any time. You keep whatever has been built so far. There is nothing to pay and nothing to cancel.
