How the programme works, step by step
One programme, two sides: learners train and then build a real system for a US business; businesses bring the problems and review the work. The agreements set out the same thing in full.

Post a project, free
Describe a problem in plain English. There is no fee and nothing to install. When you post, you confirm you have read the Business Agreement.
Take the 15-minute AI interview
From your dashboard, in the browser, an AI interview asks about your business for about 15 minutes and proposes up to three AI projects that fit it.
Approve the projects you want
One click per project. Each approved project becomes a scoped brief, sized for 1 to 3 months, ready for matching. Nothing is matched until you approve it.
Get matched with trained interns
Each intern has finished the course and had their own agent approved. They sign an NDA with you before they get access to anything beyond the brief. You can run up to 5 active internships at a time.
A weekly check-in, an AI mentor, and us if you need us
About an hour a month for each intern. The intern posts a weekly check-in you read, you answer their questions and approve the work on your dashboard, and an AI mentor guides them between check-ins. A short call when either of you needs one. Keep passwords and admin access out of their hands, and give them sample data where you can. If something is going wrong, tell us and we step in.
Complete it with an honest review
When the work is handed over, record the outcome on your dashboard with a written review of the intern's work, and a short reference letter if it was good.
We pay you for each completed internship.
We pay $50 for every internship you complete with a written review, by bank transfer or PayPal within 30 days; each one is listed on the Earnings page of your dashboard. It is a programme fee for your time, per completed internship, not per head. We make no promise of income.
Keep the system, resell it, hire, refer
You own what is delivered and may use, change and resell it. Hire the intern directly if you want to, with no fee to us, or refer them to another business in one click with proof of their work attached.
Keep your intern on a monthly retainer
At completion, you can keep the intern on a monthly retainer of 30 hours for $750 per month, maintenance included. New automations are scoped in writing, our bench backs them up, and you can cancel monthly. We are your contracting party and the gateway rules stay. Keep your intern.
Apply, get accepted, pay once
Applying is free and takes about 3 minutes. When you apply you confirm you have read the Intern Agreement and the refund policy. If we accept you, you pay $300 once. It covers one internship placement. The fee covers one placement. Want more depth? Add a second or third business for $50 each, at the time you pay or later.
Learn the course at your pace
Online and self-paced, with no deadline: most people finish in about 12 weeks at 2 hours a day. Each module ends with something that runs. If you withdraw within 14 days of paying and before completing the second module, you get the whole fee back. Not sure yet? Start free with module 1.
Build your capstone and get it reviewed
You build an agent of your own that does a real task end to end. It is reviewed by AI against a fixed rubric, and we can step in and change the result. Approval is what earns you a placement.
Get placed with a US business
Placements go to trainees whose capstone is approved, in the order they finish. You are matched to a brief the business has approved, you sign the business's NDA before you see anything more, and you scope the work with the owner. If we cannot offer you an internship within 90 days of your capstone approval, you get the whole fee back.
Build with an AI mentor and a weekly check-in
For 1 to 3 months you build the system, unpaid and remote. The AI mentor on your internship page answers your questions at any hour; you post a short check-in every week, the owner reads it and approves your work on their dashboard, and you write to them when you need an answer. The owner runs several interns at a time and is paid only for internships completed with an honest written review, which is why they look closely at your work.
Finish: outcome, letter, referrals
You hand over a working system. The owner records the outcome and writes your reference letter. They may hire you, keep you on contract, or refer you to other businesses with proof of your work; you are told about every referral and can withdraw any of them. At completion, the business may also offer you a paid monthly retainer of 30 hours, through us: you keep 80% and can hold up to 4 at once. How retainers work.
