For US businesses

A working AI agent for your business. Built by a trained intern. No fee.

Bring one job that takes too much of your week. A trained intern builds the agent for it in 1 to 3 months, an AI mentor guides every step, and you keep the software. If the intern is good, hire them. We take nothing.

Nothing to install. About an hour a month for each intern.

What you get

What one project gets you

Everything here comes with a project. None of it costs you a fee.

  • A working agent for one real job

One job from your week, scoped to fit 1 to 3 months, running on accounts and servers you control.

  • The code and a one-page handover

At the end you get the working agent, the code, a one-page handover and a walkthrough.

  • An AI mentor guiding the intern

It answers the intern's questions at any hour between check-ins. If something is going wrong, tell us and we step in.

  • A check-in you can read and work you approve

A short written check-in from the intern each week on your dashboard, and the work to approve there. A short call when either of you needs one.

  • $50 for each completed internship

Complete an internship with an honest written review of the intern's work and we pay you: a programme fee for your time, not income to plan on.

  • First pick of the person who built it

You have watched them build for 1 to 3 months. Hire them directly on terms you agree, with no fee to us.

How it goes

From a problem to a system you own

Five steps, about an hour a month for each intern. Nothing is matched until you approve it.

Every step in full

  1. Post the problem

Write it the way you would explain it to a new hire, in plain English. It is free, and we call you within 2 working days to scope it.

  2. Take the 15-minute AI interview

From your dashboard, an AI interview asks about your business and proposes up to three AI projects. Approve the ones you want with one click; each becomes a scoped brief.

  3. We match a trained intern

Every intern has finished the course and had their own agent approved. They sign an NDA with you before they see anything beyond the brief.

  4. Build it over 1 to 3 months

A written check-in each week, the work to approve on your dashboard, and an AI mentor guiding the intern between check-ins. You can stop at any time and keep what has been built.

  5. Complete it with a review

Keep the system and earn the $50 completion fee with your honest written review. Then hire the intern, or refer them on with proof of their work attached.

What it costs you

Nothing.

No fee to post, no fee to take part, nothing to install. What it does take:

Read the terms you accept on the form · Mutual NDA

  • Your time. The scoping call, about an hour a month for each intern reading check-ins and approving the work, and a review at the end.

  • Sample data where you can. Sample or synthetic data lets the intern build without touching your live records.

  • Your credentials stay with you. Keep passwords and admin access out of the intern's hands.

  • An NDA first. The intern signs it with you before they see anything beyond the brief.

Run several at once

Up to 5 internships at a time, each its own project.

Approve more than one proposal and run them in parallel, up to 5 active internships at once, so every intern still gets your real attention. When one finishes, the next can start.

When it is done

Keep it, resell it, hire them.

  • You own it.

Use what is delivered, change it, or resell it to other businesses, without paying the intern or us.

  • Hire them.

Directly, full-time, part-time or contract. No placement fee and no exclusivity.

  • Or refer them on.

Once the internship is complete, refer them to another business in one click, with the proof-of-work page attached.

Questions

What owners ask before they post

More questions owners ask

Is it really free? What is the catch?

Free. The trainee pays for the training; the internship is how they get real experience. The only thing we ask of you is about an hour a month for each intern, reading their check-ins and approving the work, and a reference letter if the work was good. We also pay you $50 for each internship you complete with an honest written review of the intern's work: a programme fee for your time, not income to plan on. The Business Agreement has the terms, and all the agreements are public.

Who owns the code and the agent?

You do. It runs on accounts and servers you control, and you may use it, change it and resell it. The trainee keeps the right to describe the project in their portfolio without your data.

What about our data?

Trainees sign an NDA with you before they see anything. The AI mentor sees the brief and what the trainee asks it, never your accounts or systems. Where it fits, agents run on small models on your own machine, so data never leaves your business.

Who is the mentor?

An AI mentor, not a person. After the scoping call it guides the trainee from their internship page, at any hour. No engineer is assigned to your project by default and no one signs off on the code before you see it: you read the weekly check-in and approve the work on your dashboard. If something is going wrong, tell us and we step in.
