How it works, in five steps
- Post a project, free. Describe a problem in plain English. We call you within 2 working days to scope it.
- Take the 15-minute AI interview. It asks about your business and proposes up to three AI projects. Approve the ones you want; each becomes a scoped brief. Nothing is matched until you approve it.
- Get matched with a trained intern. Each has finished the course and had their own agent approved, and signs an NDA with you before seeing anything beyond the brief. Up to 5 at a time.
- Read the check-in and approve the work. About an hour a month for each intern: read their weekly check-in and approve the work on your dashboard; an AI mentor guides them between check-ins. If something is going wrong, tell us and we step in.
- Keep the result. You get the working agent, the code, a one-page handover and a walkthrough. Complete the internship with an honest written review.
Keep your intern
At completion, keep the person who built it on a monthly retainer: 30 hours per month for $750, maintenance included, new work scoped in writing, a backup from our bench, cancel monthly. We are your contracting party; the gateway rules stay.
What it costs
Nothing to post, nothing to install, and no placement fee, ever.
When you complete an internship with an honest written review of the intern's work, we pay you $50, by bank transfer or PayPal within 30 days. Per completed internship, not per head.
The fee pays for your time. We make no promise of income.
What you keep
You own what is delivered: the code, prompts, configuration, documentation and the running agent. Use it, change it or resell it. Hire the intern directly with no fee to us, or refer them to another business in one click with proof of their work attached.
The safety rails, in plain words
- Approvals. Every message that would leave your account waits for you. Approving it is your decision to send it.
- Pause. One button, Pause all, stops every agent on your business from its next request.
- The log. Every request the agent makes is recorded, including the refused ones. Nobody can edit or delete the record, us included.
- No passwords shared. You connect an account once; the intern's agent never sees the password, only a token you issue for the actions you tick.

- Clear answers when the intern asks what you need.
