Every email we send comes from AI Harness Labs and is signed by the team. You can reply to any of them.

Applying and paying

Extra placements

Refunds

Retainers

Guide reminders

When a step stalls, the guide emails you after 3, 10 and 21 days, never more than three times for one step. The subject is the reason the step is worth taking, and the button opens it. Press "Not now" on the step to pause these for 7 days.

Buttons that sign you in

Most buttons in our emails, such as "Pay and start", sign you in as they open the page. Each works once and expires after an hour. If a button no longer works, sign in from "Log in" and open the page yourself.
