How to get help

Different questions have different best places to ask. Start with the one closest to your question.

What do I do next?

Open the guide with the "Your next step" button, or read the panel on the course home. "Ask the guide" answers up to 3 questions a day about your next step. See The guide, once you are signed in.

How does this page work?

• These help guides: "Help" at the top right of every page, or /help. Search them by any word.
• The "On this page" strip at the top of most pages. If you folded it away, press "How this page works".

I am stuck on the work

During the course, use "Ask the AI mentor" under the lesson. Re-read the lesson's "Watch out for" section and its sources too, and tell us under "Was this clear?" what was missing.

During the internship, ask the AI mentor on your internship page. It knows your brief and your check-ins. See The AI mentor chat.

I need something from the business

Scope, access, data, deadlines and credentials are the owner's call. Write to your contact (on your internship page under "The business"), or raise it in your check-in.

My account, a payment or a refund

Start with Your account: press your name at the top right of any course page. It has your details, your placements, your refunds and where each stands, and, while rule 4.1 applies, "Withdraw and get a refund". Refunds under the policy are made automatically; see Refunds.

For anything else about your account, a payment or a refund, write to hello@aiharnesslabs.com. Say which email address you applied with.

I cannot sign in

Something wrong on a help page

Use "Was this helpful?" at the foot of the page, or the "Edit suggestions" note beside it.
