The placements listing

After a completed internship you can choose to show the placement on the site, next to the business, if the business agrees to be listed too. It is off until you say yes.

The business pages of the site can show completed placements: a business, the intern it took on, and how it went. You decide whether yours is shown. It is off until you say yes.

Where to choose

Once your internship is completed, your internship page has a card "Show your placement on the site?". It does not appear for an internship that ended early.

The card shows exactly what would appear:

  • the business's name and city,
  • "took on" and your first name,
  • the outcome ("Hired", "Paid contract" or "Completed"),
  • a one-sentence summary of the project,
  • the month it ended.

Your full name, your email and the reference letter are never shown.

Show it or hide it

Press "Show it". The card says "Shown on the site." It appears only once the business has agreed to be listed too.

Press "Hide it" at any time to take it off: "Hidden. Your placement no longer appears on the site."

Where it appears

The "Placements" section on the business home page and the "Why post a project" page. That section appears only once there are enough listed placements to show, so yours may not be visible straight away.

  • Outcome and reference letter

How your internship ends, where to find the outcome and download your reference letter, and how to share the milestone.

  • Your public page and build log

Switch on a public page that shows your progress, capstone and outcome, choose what it shows, and publish short build-log posts checked by the AI mentor.

  • Privacy and your data

What we collect, who sees it, which services handle it, how long we keep it, and how to see, correct or delete it.
