The library (the workflow library and the toolkit of connectors and skills) grows from real work. When an intern's project or a business uses something the library does not have yet, we write a new library page for it, and a person reviews it before anyone else sees it.
What is noted from client work
Everything you build for a business belongs to that business. From client work we note only the general pattern, written fresh in our own words: which kind of system was used, for which job, and the shape of the workflow. We look at names and purposes in your weekly check-ins, your passed quality review and the project, never at the code, prompts, settings, documents or data themselves. A business can choose to let us adapt reusable parts of its project; even then every name and detail that points to the business or its customers is removed first.
Your capstone is yours
The capstone form has an optional box: "Let us add de-identified, reusable parts of my capstone to the library". Unticked, we may only note the general pattern. Ticked, we may adapt parts of it (a workflow, a skill, a script) for other interns, without your name. Your answer is recorded with the date.
Suggest something
Found a workflow, a connector (a system, an MCP server or a tool) or a skill the library lacks?
- Open the toolkit and press "Found something the library does not have? Suggest it".
- Choose what it is, give its name, and say in a sentence what it does and for whom.
- Add a link to the vendor's or author's own page if you have one. A connector cannot be published without one.
- To share files (a SKILL.md, a prompt, a small script), paste them and tick the box that says they are your own work, not something built for a business. Never paste keys, passwords or customer data.
- Press "Send the suggestion".
We check it straight away, draft a library page in our format, and the admin reviews it. If it is published you will find it in the toolkit or the workflow library, marked as under review until it is approved for client work.
