Pause all and reporting a problem

Stop every agent on your business at once with "Pause all", pause one agent, or report "Something went wrong", which pauses the agent and reaches our team.

You can stop your intern's agent at any time. A pause takes effect on its next request.

Pause all

At the top of the Agents page, "Stop switch" shows whether agents can make requests.

  1. Press "Pause all".
  2. Agree to "Pause every agent on this business now?".

Every token on your business is refused from then until you resume. The page says "Paused since" and the time.

Press "Resume" to undo it. Resume undoes only this pause: a token you revoked stays revoked.

Pause one agent

On an intern's card, press "Pause this agent". "Resume this agent" lets it work again.

When our team paused it

If our team paused your agents, the page says "Our team paused every agent on this business. Only our team can resume them." There is no Resume button. You also get the email "We paused the agents working for your business". To ask why, or to have them resumed, write to hello@aiharnesslabs.com.

Something went wrong

If the agent did something it should not have:

  1. On the intern's card, open "Something went wrong".
  2. Say in "What happened" what the agent did, in a sentence or two.
  3. Tick "It reached a customer" if it did.
  4. Press "Report it and pause the agent".

The agent is paused at once and our team is told: "Reported. This agent is paused, and our team will be in touch." We look into it with you and your intern.

Your reports are listed under "Reports", first as "Our team is looking into it", then "Resolved" with our note. The agent stays paused after we resolve a report until you resume it.

Find what happened

The activity page lists every request, including refused ones. See Agent activity, the export and the daily digest.

  • Agents: an overview

How your intern's agent works for you through us, with a token limited to what you tick, rehearsal before live, your approval on what leaves, and a record of everything.

  • Agent activity, the export and the daily digest

Everything the agent asked for, in plain words, including what was refused and why; download it as a spreadsheet; and the daily email of what ran without asking.

  • Allow-lists and limits

List who a message may go to and which sites its links may point to, and set lower hourly limits for one agent.
