Your dashboard opens on "Projects": every project you have posted or approved, newest first. Each card links to the project's own page with "Open project".
The projects page
From the top:
- Your next step: the guide's panel. See The guide for business owners.
- "Confirm" facts, when a project waits on them.
- "What you can do here": a short explainer. "Got it" folds it away.
- "Set up projects with a 15-minute interview": "Start the interview".
- "Workflow library": "Open the workflow library".
- One card per project: "Project posted" and the date, a status label, the project's stages in one line (Posted, Scoped, Matched, Building, Live, Handed over, Retainer) and a line on what happens next. Once your intern lists what they are building, "Being built:" says how many items are live, waiting for your approval or being built, with a link. Once matched, the card shows "Trainee:" with the intern's name and email, the internship status, the expected length and the start date.
- "Business details": your business name, website, city and state, team size, and whether you are open to hiring. Change them and press "Save details".
- "Listing": whether we may name you on the site. See The placements listing.
Edit a description before scoping
While a project is "New" or "Scoped", its card has "What you want done". Change it and press "Save description". We read the latest version before the scoping call. After matching the description is fixed; reply to our email if something changed.
The project page
"All projects" takes you back. The page shows:
- "Mutual NDA", once an intern is matched: "Sign the NDA" with the NDA filled in with your names, the project and the date, an "I accept" box and button, and where it stands ("Waiting for" a name, or "Signed by both") with "View signed copy" for each side. See The Business Agreement and the NDA.
- "Outcome", once recorded, with the reference letter, and a field to attach a letter or replace it (see Completing an internship and the reference letter).
- "Where it is": every stage of the project with its date and a line on what it means. See Following what's being built.
- "Your trainee": name, email, mentor ("AI mentor" unless a person is assigned) and expected length.
- "Timeline": posted, brief agreed, matched, started, expected finish and ended.
- "The brief": what your trainee is building, and "Never automated", the list you gave in the interview.
- "What's being built", once the brief is agreed: the latest check-in in short, "Next to go live", and each item your intern is building with its status and when it last changed. An item "Waiting for your approval" links to the approvals.
- "Your intern's agent", while the internship is open: the stage ("Rehearsal" or "Live"), how many requests wait for your approval, the tokens, and the last five requests. "Open the agents page" goes to Agents.
- "Complete the internship". See Completing an internship.
- "Weekly check-ins". See Weekly check-ins and the scoping call.
- "Refer" your intern, once the internship is completed. See Referring your intern.
The line under the title says what we pay you when the internship completes with your written review.
