The facts page

Confirm or correct the facts we took from your interview. A project from the interview is matched only once its seven needed facts are confirmed.

When you approve a project from the interview, we read the transcript and record the facts your intern needs, each with the words of yours it came from. You confirm the ones that are right and correct the ones that are not. Your intern and their AI mentor work from what you confirm.

Open "Facts" in the dashboard menu. The page is called "What we heard from you".

Why matching waits

A project from the interview is matched with an intern only when its seven needed facts are confirmed. Until then you see "Confirm" and a number "facts so we can match an intern" on your projects page, the interview page and the project page.

Our team can mark a fact "Not needed" for a project, with a reason, when it does not apply.

The facts

About your business:

  • "What your business does" (needed)
  • "Your customers and how they reach you"
  • "The tools you use every day" (needed)
  • "The information you keep"
  • "How the intern should reach you"
  • "Your hours and time zone"

For each project:

  • "The work that eats your time" (needed)
  • "What must never be automated" (needed)
  • "What a person checks before it goes out" (needed)
  • "What done looks like" (needed)
  • "The sample data the intern starts from" (needed)
  • "How you will measure success"

Each fact

A fact shows its status: "Not covered", "To confirm", "Confirmed" or "Not needed". Under it is the value and "You said:" with your words. A needed one says "Needed before we match an intern".

  • Right? Press "Confirm".
  • Wrong? Press "Correct", write it in your own words, and press "Save".
  • Missing? Press "Answer" and write it.

Facts are never overwritten. A correction is saved as a new fact in your words.

Confirm all

Read every fact first. Then press "Confirm all" and agree to the question it asks. Correct any wrong ones before you do: confirming says each one is right.

What must never be automated

This is a list, one item per line. Leave it empty if there is nothing. It is shown with the brief, given to the AI mentor, and enforced by the gateway: your intern's agent is refused if it writes or sends anything about one of these. The page also lists a few words the gateway treats as meaning the same, such as "money back" for "refund".

When a fact completes the project

When your last needed fact is confirmed, a project you started from an app idea or a workflow is matched straight away if an intern is free, or waits for the next one, and the page says which. Any other project is then matched by our team.

Reminders

While facts are missing, we email you once a week, at most three times per project: "facts to confirm before we match an intern". If you would rather talk it through, the email says where to write, and we will set up a call.

Projects posted on the form

Projects you posted on the form are matched by hand after our call. Their facts are listed for information and never hold up matching.

  • Proposals and approval

Read each proposed project, approve the ones you want with one click and dismiss the rest. An approved proposal becomes a scoped brief ready for matching.

  • Matching and the waiting message

How an intern is matched to your project, automatically for idea and workflow projects and by hand otherwise, and what "No intern is free right now" means.

  • The AI interview

A guided interview of about 15 minutes, one question at a time, that proposes up to 3 projects for you to approve. How to start, answer, ask for proposals and close it.
