The monthly statement, "What your agents did", adds up one month from the record of every request your intern's agent made, the approvals you gave, and the figures you entered yourself. Nothing on it is estimated: where we do not have your number, it shows the count and asks you for the number.
Open the statement
On your dashboard, the card "This month" shows how many actions the agents did and, once you have set your minutes, the hours back. Press "Open the statement". It is also linked from the Agents page as "Monthly statement: what your agents did".
Pick a month under "Month" and press "Show". The top of the list is the current month, "so far this month"; the others are full months since your business joined.
Days and months are counted in UTC, because we do not have your business's time zone. The statement says so at the top.
Work done
Counted from the record of every request the agent made, for each intern's agent:
- "Done": on its own (drafts once the agent is live, and looking things up), under your standing permission, or after you approved it
- "Asked for your approval": requests held for you (a batch counts each item)
- "Refused" and "Failed", and requests that expired without an answer
Your own "Send a test" requests are not counted.
Time back
Under "Minutes this saves you" there is a box for each kind of work the agent did. Put in how many minutes one would take you to do yourself, and press "Save minutes". The boxes start empty: we never assume a number. A kind with an empty box is counted but not turned into hours.
The statement shows the arithmetic: each kind's count times your minutes, added up, then turned into hours. For example, "12 × 5 min (wrote a draft in Gmail) + 3 × 10 min (added a note in HubSpot) = 90 min = 1.5 hours".
Money
- Subscriptions you cut or replaced. On the subscription review, press "I stopped paying for it" on a line and enter the day. From the first full month after that day, the statement counts the monthly price you entered for that line. A line with no price is listed but not counted. Press "I still pay for it" to undo. Cut lines are left out of the plan on the subscription review.
- Retainer you paid. A retainer month paid in the statement's month, at the retainer's monthly price.
- Completion fees paid to you. A completion fee marked paid in the month.
Retainer payments and completion fees are listed as they are. They are not taken off or added to the subscription savings.
Approvals and pauses
"Your approvals" shows how many requests you answered in the month, how many you approved and declined, how many were batches, and on average how long after the agent asked you answered.
"Paused" shows how many times "Pause all" was pressed, how many times one intern's agent was paused, and whether your agents are paused right now.
Next month
The open steps on your Tasks list, soonest due first, with who each is for.
Print it or save it as a PDF
Press "Print or save as PDF". The printed page has the statement alone, without the menu, the month picker or the minutes boxes. Your browser's print dialog can save it as a PDF.
The email on the 1st
On the 1st of each month we email you the previous month's statement, "What your agents did in" the month, with "Open the statement". It goes only to businesses whose agents did something that month (requests, approvals or pauses), and only once per month.
