We keep a library of reusable workflows, connectors (the systems an agent connects to) and skills, so the next intern starts further ahead. It grows from real work, including projects like yours. Everything your intern builds for you is yours, so here is exactly what we take and what we never take.
What we note by default
Only the general pattern, written fresh in our own words: for example "a weekly reminder for late invoices, using an accounting system", or "a connection to a booking system". We read names and purposes (which system you connected, which job the agent does), never your code, prompts, settings, documents, data, names or prices. Every draft is checked for secrets, customer details and your business's and people's names, and a person reviews it before it is published.
Drafts are also checked for anything that could point to you: names, prices and other figures, addresses, quotes, and sentences copied from what you wrote. Any of these stops it until it is rewritten in general words. And a pattern seen in your work is added to the library only once at least 3 different businesses of the same type have shown it, so it is never something only your business does.
If you turn the library setting off after turning it on, your business also stops counting toward those 3, and what it counted for until then is removed. The same happens if your account is closed.
The library setting
On your agents page, under "Our library", you can turn on "Let us add de-identified, reusable parts of our project to the library". With it on, we may also adapt reusable parts of your project, such as a skill's instructions or a script, after removing every name and detail that points to you or your customers. It is off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time. Each change is recorded with the date; parts already added stay de-identified.
Suggest something
Under the setting there is "Suggest for the library". Tell us about a system, a tool or a way of working the library should have: what it is, its name, what it does and a link to the vendor's own page. With the library setting on you can also paste files your business owns. We draft a library page and a person reviews it before anything is published.
