The AI interview asks about your business one question at a time, the way you would talk on a call. After a few answers it proposes up to 3 projects a trainee could build in 1 to 3 months, and you approve the ones you want.
Open "Interview" in the dashboard menu, or press "Start the interview" on the "Set up projects with a 15-minute interview" card on your projects page.
Start
Press "Start the interview". The first question appears.
The interview covers, in order: what you do and who you serve, your customers, your team, the tools you use every day (and which of them you pay for each month), the manual work that eats your week (with a real example), the data you keep, and what you would never automate. That last question is always asked.
Answer
- Type in "Your answer". Plain answers are best; examples and rough numbers help.
- Press "Send answer". The next question follows.
Never share passwords or logins in the interview. It will never ask for them.
Your board of advisors
After 4 answers, six AI advisors read what you said and leave short notes under the interview. You can also ask them a question any time from "Advisors" on your dashboard. See The board of advisors. The tools you pay for can become a replace, connect or keep plan: see The subscription review.
Ask for proposals
After 4 answers, "Propose projects now" appears. You can press it then, or keep answering for sharper proposals. Most interviews take 8 to 12 questions. After 12 answers the interviewer stops asking and suggests you press "Propose projects now".
Writing the proposals can take up to a minute. See Proposals and approval.
Leave and come back
Everything you write is saved. You can close the page and come back; your interview is still open.
Close an interview
"Stop and close this interview" ends it while it is in progress. After proposals, "Close this interview" ends it and dismisses any proposals you have not approved. You can then press "Start a new interview".
You can have one interview open at a time.
Limits
- One interview takes up to 60 answers.
- You can send up to 100 answers a day. The count resets at midnight UTC.
If the interview is not available
- "The AI interview is not switched on yet." Use "Post a project" instead; we will call to scope it with you.
- "There is no business on this account yet." Post a project first, then come back.
What happens to your answers
The transcript and proposals are kept with your business. When you approve a project, we read the transcript for the facts the intern needs, which you then confirm. See The facts page.

- The board of advisors
Six AI advisors (finance, marketing, operations, sales, technology and risk) read your interview and your records, leave short notes and answer your questions any time from your dashboard. What they read, the daily limit, and how to turn an answer into steps.
